The mission of INSIGHTS University is to improve INSIGHTS user job performance, effectiveness and career development by ensuring the opportunity to speed and reinforce user understanding of the INSIGHTS solution.
INSIGHTS University is a robust learning resource for INSIGHTS clients. INSIGHTS University programs are available, at no cost, to all INSIGHTS users.
INSIGHTS University offers live, instructor-led, web-based classes covering basic skills through advanced skills with INSIGHTS decision-support software, including the following:
basic skills for new INSIGHTS users
advanced Administrator skills
financial modeling
budgeting
new and advanced INSIGHTS features
Special events are offered focusing on general interest healthcare finance related and industry topics.
Each INSIGHTS University class session is sixty to ninety minutes long and will complement the self-training materials currently available via HCI's Client Corner.
