Installing INSIGHTS®
INSIGHTS business decision support software provides decision makers at every level with the data and information they need to budget more intelligently, plan and manage more effectively, and monitor results as they occur. INSIGHTS can be installed quickly, typically installation and training are completed within one-month’s time.
Hardware/software environment
INSIGHTS is available in traditional client-server model utilizing Microsoft SQL Server 200 and Microsoft operating environment. INSIGHTS operates on a dedicated server as part of the client's internal network. INSIGHTS open-system architecture co exists with other operational and legacy systems.
Instruction and support
HCI project representatives work onsite at the client facility providing installation, customization and hands-on classroom training with live data. Ongoing training, including enrollment in live, instructor-led INSIGHTS University classes, audio-video on-demand educational sessions provided on line, online training to INSIGHTS Administrators in advance of all new releases, and ongoing support, is provided to INSIGHTS clients without cost for the life of the user contract.
