Balanced scorecards can be established at any level or at multiple levels within the organization, comparing performance against any external standard, internal standard, or industry benchmark. Individual business units can see at a glance how their performance affects the performance of the organization as a whole, ensuring that the organization's every action is in line with its strategy.
Enterprise custom reporting
The installation of INSIGHTS includes free custom report development during the first twelve months of INSIGHTS operations. INSIGHTS Enterprise Edition Services extend custom reporting beyond twelve months.

Enterprise Clinical/Cost Reporting enables product line profitability analyses and case-based budgeting.
Enterprise contract management
Contract management provides healthcare providers with the ability to measure anticipated reimbursement versus actual reimbursement received from third-party payors under existing contracts and agreements . Enterprise contract management combined with Enterprise clinical/cost reporting enables healthcare providers to compare budgeted cost, actual costs, expected reimbursements and actual reimbursements by procedure, case or business line.
