Course Description

Over his twenty-five years as a healthcare financial officer, Steven Berger has noted a great dissatisfaction with the quality of management in the healthcare industry. This dissatisfaction is voiced by everyone from the industry CEOs to the staff level, from the investment bankers to the physicians and patients, who are the ultimate arbiters of quality. In this keynote session, we will evaluate the factors that have lead to this dissatisfaction and present some of the ways that the industry can make titanic changes in efficiency and effectiveness.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Information

This 100-minute course qualifies for 2 hours of CPE Credits.
