National Sales Associate
Description: As a Healthcare Insights National Sales Associate, you will identify potential opportunities, understand prospective clients' key business issues, present Healthcare Insights solutions and close sales contracts. Responsibilities include: prospecting, opening dialogue, establishing and maintaining relationships throughout the sales process, performing web-demonstrations and onsite demonstrations.
Qualifications: This position requires a solid understanding of healthcare finance and accounting. A background in hospital budgeting and/or healthcare decision support software, and demonstrated successful sales experience are required. Successful candidates must be self-motivated, energetic, willing to travel. College degree required with advanced degree and/or CPA a plus.

Implementation / Product Support Associate
Description: Healthcare Insights prides itself in delivering client decision support that is second to none. Responsibilities of Implementation and Product Support associates include: travel to client hospitals in North America as part of a team of professionals for installing the Healthcare Insights solution; developing and documenting solutions to common decision support issues and working with client representatives to deliver ongoing remote technical support to existing INSIGHTS clients.
Qualifications: This position requires excellent analytical skills, a thorough knowledge of accounting and hospital budgeting plus prior experience in healthcare finance and decision support.

Technical Support Associate
Description: Technical Support Associates are responsible for provide live help-desk support to other Healthcare Insights employees and to INSIGHTS clients. Responsibilities include: technical support of Microsoft Office and related products; pc hardware, software and network support, CRM support and network security.
Qualifications: This position requires a person with detail orientation and effective analytical skills, demonstrated Microsoft .net, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports experience. This position is an excellent entry-level opportunity with a successful and growing company.
